Purpose
Why do we create PRAHO! project?
We strive to create a space for sharing inner thoughts and authentic feelings to further connect the community. point to the fact that we could be much closer to each other in this estranged world, than it seems.
We believe in the power of art as a tool to encourage creativity, inspiration and new perspectives on the world. We strive to make the display of art accessible to all, and accessible all the time.
Our aim is to bring people together and promote social cohesion. For this reason, we also create a space for dialogue, understanding and meeting across different groups of people. We open up space for diversity and a variety of artistic expressions. We believe that inspiration and the possibility of discovering new horizons lies in diversity.
We strive to give people the opportunity to escape the routine and monotony of everyday life. Through artistic experience we try to open new perspectives, bring joy and encourage creative potential. We believe that art can change lives and make a lasting contribution to personal transformation and the use of public space.
We achieve our mission through innovative artistic projects that connect artists, the community and the public. We strive to inspire and highlight the beauty and value of art in ways that help us experience the world around us with greater openness and understanding.
We want to bring positive impulses and contribute to a vibrant and culturally rich society.
Values
How do we create PRAHO! project?
Our project is built on four fundamental pillars – values. These serve as a solid foundation and support for all our activities and interactions. Despite the variability of individual values, they come together in our functioning, not excluding, but mutually reinforcing each other. The uniqueness of these values and their interconnection is the key to the project’s overall uniqueness.
Creativity: imagination – exploration – inspiration
We are inspired by the ideas and creativity of each individual. Through sharing our work, we inspire the surrounding world towards creative thinking. We constantly strive to explore and see the world from uncharted perspectives. We believe that art can open the doors of curiosity and new ways of perceiving the world.
Expression of the value in practice:
- We seek new opportunities in the context of themes, techniques, processing methods, and spaces where we implement the results of our work.
- We provide space for new artists.
- We seek new forms of expression and communication with city residents.
- Our work is playful and interactive, both on the internal and the external of… the project’s functioning.
Humanness: togetherness – connection – kindness
Through our activities, we promote social cohesion, togetherness, understanding, and we open dialogue across diverse groups of people. We erase the feeling of loneliness and bring out the fact that in this seemingly alienated world, we can be closer to each other than it seems.
Expression of the value in practice:
- Within our activities, we publish testimonies and intertwine them with interactive activities that open discussions and further connect people.
- We find connection between opinions and testimonies that are inherently different, offering the possibility of connection and understanding on both sides.
- Within the internal functioning of the team, mutual relationships mean more to us than success. We are a group united by friendship and shared visions. Mutual kindness and a decentralized approach, where everyone has the right to express their opinion, are integral to our communication. Personal meetings and collaborative creation are key aspects for us.
- Through individual artistic outputs, we explore subtle, human, and sensitive topics.
Inclusion: openness – diversity – accessibility
We open our space arms towards people, ideas, diverse artistic expressions, and perspectives. We welcome diversity in any form and work with it as a key element reflecting the colorful nature of society. We feel the full and genuine value of our artistic activity when it is accepted by an observer, who further enriches and transforms it with their thoughts or actions.
Expression of the value in practice:
- We support artists from various cultural, social, and ethnic backgrounds, creating a diverse and inspiring artistic scene.
- We strive to address potential participants without distinction.
- We create both online and offline.
Freedom: innovation – liberation – liberty
We help break the routine and monotony of everyday life. We believe in the power of sharing ideals and art as tools for personal transformation. We open space for diverse opinions, perspectives, and expressions, all with respect for individual boundaries and differences.
Expression of the value in practice:
- In our creations, we share a wide range of opinions regardless of our own preferences.
- Within our internal functioning, everyone has the freedom to share their thoughts and realize themselves in their own way.
- The intention of the entire project is free, and there are no boundaries that dictate its final state.
